Dr. Dallas E. Speight, CPEI Executive Director
Dallas, a founding member of Clinical Pastoral Education International has served in ministry spanning more than forty years, which includes serving as a pastor, interim pastor, healthcare and military chaplain, licensed counselor, and a CPE Supervisor-Educator. His educational background includes an earned Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology, from Argosy University, a Doctorate in Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling, from Columbia Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry, a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education. He retired as an Army Chaplain (Colonel).
Chris Philbrick, CPEI Compliance Officer
A retired soldier, Chris has extensive leadership and management experience in a broad range of global assignments over three decades of service. His military experience includes multiple command and staff assignments at tactical, operational, and strategic levels. His educational background includes a Master of Arts in Strategic Planning, a Master of Arts in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
Elizabeth Jedziniak, CPEI Administrative Assistant/Registrar
Elizabeth has served with CPEI since 2021 as the Administrative Assistant. With the emerging changes with CPEI, her role has also shifted to include the role of registrar. Her background includes serving as an office administrator and graphic designer.
Ray Huff, CPEI Technology Director
Ray has served with CPEI since 2022 as the Technology Director. In addition to his experience in technology, he has more ministry roles serving on church staff as well as a chaplain and clinical pastoral education training supervisor. His educational background includes a Master of Divinity and Bachelor of Theology from Summit Bible College and a degree in general education from Fullerton College.
Kimberli Holcombe, CPEI Accountant
Kimberli began serving with CPEI in 2023 as an accountant. She has an extensive background in the field of managerial accounting having worked as a financial controller and serving as treasurer for various non-profit organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Liberty University and is currently studying for the CMA Certification Exam.
Virginia Kirkland, CPEI Bookkeeper
Virginia began serving with CPEI in 2023 as a volunteer bookkeeper. She has an extensive background as an administrative lead assistant and bookkeeper. She earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University.
Deborah Walker, CPEI Librarian
Deborah Walker currently serves as the Women Veterans Outreach Director, in Indiana. She earned a Master of Divinity through Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, and is a chaplain candidate with the U. S. Air Force and is enrolled in a doctoral program.
Dr. Emily Hall, CPEI Librarian
Emily works as a counselor with Integral Therapy and Counseling, Highland Park, NJ, and pastor of Hope United Church of Christ, Wind Gap, PA. She is also a certified chaplain and a CPE Supervisor-Educator. Her educational background includes a BA in Religion, Lebanon Valley College, Master of Divinity, Methodist Theological School in Ohio, Doctor of Ministry, Drew Theological School, New Jersey, and master’s in professional counseling, Argosy University.
